His high crimes and misdemeanors consisting of treason and money laundering and conspiracy and collusion and who knows what else will undoubtedly be taken to the highest court in the land..SCOTUS. KAV will be number 5 of the Republicans so guess who will skate and be acquitted of all crimes if Kavanaugh is confirmed?  You get ONE guess. C'mon. Get a grip. You can do this! Super don owns Congress. He also owns SCOTUS if Kav gets confirmed. In fact SCOTUS will just be another branch of Fox News.  Congress already is. SIGH.

  • The president hasn't been indicted, charged, jailed or tried for anything to bring the SCOTUS into play. I hate to disappoint you, but none of this might happen. I hope not, as my own personal faith in mankind will be reinforced if you're wrong. If Trump owns Congress, why are half resistant to him and the rest inept or lethargic? I think that if he were pulling the strings on Capitol Hill, he'd be getting a lot more bang for his buck. Half of the rats on board the ship want to burn it, the other half are content to go down with the ship. It sounds like a scenario more befitting government ownership as we know it and not private ownership of government. As for the SCOTUS being a branch of FOX NEWS, they could do a lot worse. They could be the flagship of CNN or MSNBC. I truly love the way people hang on every word from those two, as if it were carved in stone, believing that it's a cardinal sin for anyone else to weigh in on issues. I'm really disappointed in your criticism of the high court. If we were in a Clinton Administration today and this was an ultra liberal candidate for the court, Liberal America would be praising the SCOTUS as the most enlightened body ever conceived by man.
