Even if you are not one of them do you admire them and cheer them on as they throw water everywhere they go?. Of course I mean figuratively not literally. Although I can imagine them carrying buckets to fill with water wherever they go. How many buckets can one person carry that is filled with water? What would a water-filled bucket weigh anyway? GREAT exercise. Weight-bearing exercise is EXCELLENT because it strengthens the bones.
