    I don't exactly know, at least not outside of work and school or wherever the rules are plain to see.

    It varies from person to person I'm sure. I don't tolerate those who are vulgar/rude/insulting. I  think we are all owed civility and those who are unwilling to be civil I ignore. That's just me. Thank you for your reply lovely! :)
