The gubment moved money from FEMA (the entity that helps folks survive during the tragedies of natural disasters) and used it to lock up more kids in kennels. With the sadistic crackdown on immigration the lust for ripping kids out of their parents' arms overwhelmed them and they were overcome by their desire to conspire to make them SUFFER bigly and quickly. So they built more cages for the kennel kids to inhabit. See the problem here? One thing exists to HELP people while the other thing exists to HARM/DESTROY people. Same thing you say?
