    Thank you for your reply Ele and the link! I'll click on it!  Very helpful. I wonder why that is the way it is though? I know weather has a lot to do with it of course. If you're snowed in for months each year you're not able to get out and exercise the way you can in say Hawaii or California. Coloradans get lots of snow but my son  lived there for  couple of years and you always saw lots of folking riding bikes or jogging or walking and they have lots of CLASS A ski resorts.     There are other factors. Low income folks cannot afford a healthy diet, so they eat a lot of fatty foods. Lack of proper medical care. Ignorance. A 'I don't give a crap' attitude.
