Excluding homo sapiens, I wonder if other animals perceive their world similarly or very differently?

We know when humans perceive the same things they perceive them very differently. We blame them when we don't see eye-to-eye and think there is something wrong with them if we disagree. But is there? How can you help how you are wired or "built" or "made"? You don't blame a cat for being a cat do you? Why do you blame Republicans for being what they or Democrats for being what they are or trumpicans for being what they are? Isn't it silly?
