Perhaps Kavanaugh honestly does not remember the attempted rape. If he was drunk a lot as teen he wouldn't remember what he did, right?
So his denials could be based on his lack of memory and not on his being a liar and too cowardly to admit what he did. So how does THAT get resolved?
