Dr. Ford said Kav was very drunk when he attempted to rape her. Also allegedly Mark Judge was very drunk too. Being drunk happened regularly with them apparently. Fair territory to explore isn't it considering it was during those halcyon days of youthfulness "exuberance" that the alleged attempted rape occurred? It matters not how he has comported himself as an adult. It matters very much whom he was and what he did when he was 17.
