He said that when Vice President Biden visited Louisiana a few weeks ago a lot of the local police were diverted from their regular jobs to provide protection for the vice-president. Streets were closed off and traffic diverted. It was a real inconvenience. The Governor said he would prefer that all effort and personnel is focused on getting through the immediate crisis and then later on in 10 days or so he would welcome a visit from the President. That makes a lot of sense to me. Does it to thee?
No matter what Obama does he will be criticized. If he went, the same critics would blame him causing troubles just to promote himself. Haters are going to be haters no matter... That's why he does the right thing by doing what's correct and not based on what some nutcases come up with.
Isn't rather tragic comic that they are thee same who demand a no crap president who doesn't run after the polls and does what he says? The no BS policy?
I agree he should not visit. The police etc have enough to deal with right now. And if he is should not fly over to either. Bush did that and the press had a fit with the pict of Bush looking out at the flooding.
Trump is in Louisiana. Need I say more? Thank you for your thoughtful reply SH! :)

The Louisiana Governor mentioned that Vice-President Biden had visited Louisiana a few weeks before and a lot of police had to be diverted from their regular jobs to take care of him and roads were closed which inconvenienced everyone greatly. That was before any problems with flooding had hit. Just imagine having POTUS drop in now what chaos that would cause? The attackers who say Obama should be there are full

of sh** and partisanship. They are clueless in their frenzy to find fault with him. They are ridiculous. Thank you for your reply m2c! :)
:):):)
How cute are you? Very! Happy Monday SH! :) ((hugs))
You're welcome sweetie and if you want the last word SH
you can have it. I think if we were to put our minds to it we could easily keep this thread going forever! :)
