i think he must have meant he feels similar to but even better than when he (himself) is touching a super-model. unfortunately, enough money means even ugly, mentally-challenged old men get to touch them. of course the super-model has to be ultra-greedy and self-loathing to make this rare event possible. he's probably tried to buy a few he couldn't score, but there will always be a percentage of soulless sociopaths in every line of work, and they all meet up at the bottom at some point.
