Is attempted rape a feloniouis act or a misdemeanor? Does it go on your record and stay there forever more?

Do you have to register as a sex offender? Aren't you?

    It is not a Felony. That is why the FBI they should not be the ones to investigate....there is no possibility of a Federal charge.
