Being surrounded high ideals/goodness or being surrounded by hate. The former will benefit and add to whom you are. The latter?
It chips away and eats away a little bit of you slowly by slowly by slowly by slowly replacing what it chips away with hate until eventually there is nothing left of you but hate. Not so great.
