    Really don't think I encountered hate otherwise than on the net.  in my mid 20s I had a boyfriend who eventually did things which were not very nice.  And here at work some of my female colleagues, all of them now moved on, were less than nice to me.  Which is perhaps why hate was never common currency for me.  But on this site I have realized just how carefully and almost lovingly some people seem to hold on to and nurture their hatred almost as though it were a prized possession.  Perhaps I have been naïve but don't think I was ever aware of that before.
