    I have yet to see either prayer or hex ever produce any real results other than wasted time and breath. Both are equally absurd.

    Prayer chains are comforting to the people/person for which they are praying DB. That is in fact a "real result" and it is enough when you're scared of losing someone you love. Knowing that there are STRANGERS out there keeping you in their thoughts and your loved one(s) during tough times helps you. That's plenty result enough for me. I've been a beneficiary of and a participant in prayer chains . It harms nothing and no one. It comforts both giver and receiver. It's no one's concern but theirs. A hexathon would not be comforting. Thank you for your reply! People are wired differently. What works for you probably wouldn't work for me and vicey versey! That's life! :).
