Recently I was speaking to a supervisor at work who said we need more coworker to coworker "coaching". This means such things as telling a coworker, "You should be wearing a hair net." "You should clean that cutting board." I'd maintain that peers, coworkers, should mind their business and leave such concerns to supervisors.
