When asked specifically if he always tells the truth the prez sez "I always like to be truthful". Do you take him at his word? "Like to be"?

"Like to be" isn't the same as "am". Truth is relative. What isn't?

    No, "like to be" and "being truthful" are two different things.  I don't believe he wants to be truthful at all unless it suits his agenda.
