If you believe nothing you read or hear where do your views/beliefs come from? Only delusional people create their own reality. Right?

How do you learn anything ? How do you choose what to believe and what to discard? What "teachers" do you reject or accept? No one is born with all the knowledge he/she will need to know in life. Other sources are the dispensers thereof. Some lie some don't. Which ones do YOU rely on to tell the truth, share the facts?

    First from what we grow up with - our parents, community, friends, teachers.  Which we naturally test in the world as we mature. Then we are always learning , not just from books but from other people and from our experiences.  Our intentions have something to do with it - where we are going, how we are going to get there, what we are going to take with us.  If we are unable to create our own reality then we are doomed to live the reality of others.
