Christians are supposed to be loyal to God Country Family. Or God Family Country. Nowhere does it say Prez in any context by anyone anywhere. Except well you know who(m).
Non-Christians should be loyal to country family or family county and not place one person above all others...especially when it is a politician! Makes no sense to label yourself that way unless you wish to damage yourself irreparably. Death wish?
