Trump hired communications consultant Jason Miller. See Miller's background below. Why d'ya supposed he hired THAT guy?

Jason Miller's prior gigs included working on the unsuccessful prez campaign of Senator Ted Cruz and working on the unsuccessful prez campaign of Rudy Guliani!  Miller is already a 2-time loser. Is Trump gonna be loser number 3? Or does he think the 3rd time's the charm?
