People who are on a low level of conscious awareness hate and fear anything that is unfamiliar. Instead of embracing our ability to learn and grow, they choose to hide away and be stuck in their own boring, sheltered lives. This causes boredom and as you know, an idle mind is the devil's workshop. I am not religious in the conventional sense, but if I wrote the bible, I would put that on the first page.
People who have nothing but time on their hands that they do not know how to positively utilize will start to go from positive to negative. So, we have cities and states of nothing but hillbillies, ignorant of anything going on, yet wanting to keep their lives just as they are. They have learned to exist by not hearing truths, but by hearing what they feel is the truth.
FLAT EARTH? Imagine in this day and age believing something that I would have laughed at when I was in the first grade.
And the arguments pro FLAT EARTH are so nonsensical, you cannot even try and reason with them. That makes them right. They found the key to keep them in ignorance. They bind with people who agree and shut out anyone who tries to bring them the light of reason by simply shutting them out.

You are right on the money. It all stems from the same mental aberration that now has become an epidemic.
They don't discern the truth. The truth is what they want it to be. I'm sorry. It doesn't work that way.
The sun IS hot. If you get too close to it you will fry and die and turn to a crisp. Now I can believe it is not so and it will get me nowhere at all but stupid and dead.
Why folks are going extreme right to the extreme I cannot say but worldwide it seems to be going that way with FASCISTS and RACISTS and NATIONALISTS taking over where moderates used to reign. It is INSANE! Thank you for your reply and the graphic Sharon! :)
