An Answermugger sez the john of don may invite others to declare war on us. Is the United States under any obligation to agree to attend/participate? Who sez? Can't we just send our regrets and say we have others plans and cannot attend? Of course engaging in another war certainly be a great diversion for the john et famille. Could the investigation into him et al continue on if we were being bombed? He'd welcome that wooden he? Put the military to good use. Now that he can play with real live soldiers and move them around at will why wooden he do so? I dunno. It's crapshoot. He doesn't know from day to day what the he** he is doing anyway. :(
