The big cheese is always referring to "my generals" as if they are chattel and he owns them. Say he does. Dare they disobey his command to declare war on the portion of the American people who refuse to support him? Is there anything in the Constitution that would prohibit that and even if there were he has already proven tht he is above the law, above the Constitution, an institution unto himself.
If the military refused an order would that mean insurrection revolution? Inquiring minds wanna know since the big cheese is capable of anything we can opine about and imagine.
