If you blatently and belligerently commit many outrageous crimes in public are you a "better" criminal than one who tries to hide everything? Of course when confronted with the public activities lying about them and denying them goes with that territory. So you are at once a criminal and a liar. But the criminal who hides his crimes also is a liar. I guess all criminals are liars then.
