    Well, David Duke is not friendly with The Donald because The Donald was forced to publicly distance himself from all things David Duke.

    So, he has to insult the whole party now by trying to affiliate them with HIM.  I mean what could be more offensive than having David Duke back anyone? 

    (but he is pretty right-on anyway about that comment)
