SCOTUS REJECTS TRUMP ASYLUM BAN on illegal immigrants. BLOCKS IT! Take that little tiny small donny john. So Chief Justice Roberts isn't in his pocket then. Good to know.

Not the first time Roberts ruled incorrectly. But proves conservatives do try to rule by the law as written rather than as they want it to say.

If they ruled by the law, how do you come to the conclusion that they ruled incorrectly?  The Constitution IS the law of the land.

The case on Obamacare, he did rule incorrectly. Cannot call it a fine or tax depending on the needed situation.

Sometimes the law is incorrect but that is what they must follow.

We agree on that - no one should have been forced to have coverage.  That is a personal choice to be made.

INCORRECTLY? You mean he did not rule according to your partisan political trumpican agenda? Don't you think it is very impertinent of YOU to say the CHIEF JUSTICE OF THE SUPREME COURT ruled incorrecty m2c? Are you THAT CERTAIN you know more than he and that you are way smarter and know way better what is correct and what is incorrect than he does? Seriously you don't think that is being a tad bit overconfident and maybe a tad bit arrogant? Whatever. Thank you for your reply.

I know they call the Obamacare mandate a tax when needed and a penalty when needed...to keep it legal.
Not that it matters now. It did not to me because my state did not expand M Medicaid so we had an exemption from the tax/fee/penalty.
