    Ditto. Me too. Do you like yams? I like them better than sweet potatoes.  Think you're gonna have some today for dinner?  We're having  a pot roast dinner. Kinda tired of the turkey and ham and stuff what typically yam on Christmas. So I went ROGUE! Thank you for your reply Ele and the nifty graphic. We eat a LOT of spinach. We like it! :).

    Pat and I went to my daughter's house to visit with them and four grandkids. Egg casserole brunch.. A good time was had by all.
