"When in Rome do as the Romans do". "If you can't beat 'em join 'em". Would you, do you, have you?

I expect it's far easier to just roll over and either become a docile supplicant or pretend you are than to stand up and fight for what you believe is "right". Do you like "easy" and take it wherever and whenever you can find it or it finds you? Because?

It is not always a bad thing.  The bad comes when you use this device when you are in a weakened state.  Rolling over to just give up, because you don't feel like fighting, because you are filled with fear, is akin to giving up.   Rolling over because the other side has significant stakes that they care about too, is quite altruistic.  Meaning, this is a good use of the other side showing goodwill through compromise.  There is nothing wrong in rolling over -- if it is coming from a place of love.

Let us not confuse this bad or good scenario with rolling over for Trump and base.

That is NEVER the answer.  It is always coming from a place of fear and even loathing for any and all opposition.  So, that includes EVERYONE that is not his base.  There is no compromise with Trump.

If you see the light and understand what's right and decide to accept what you rejected before out of ignorance or fear that is certainly NOT rolling over to me. That is quite the opposite in fact. It is FINALLY understanding and comprehending that what you were taught to believe before was faulty illogical incoherent and well dare I say EVIL. In my opinion. Thank you for your reply Sharon and the graphic.
