Do Millennials realize that Uber drivers are just people driving their own cars?

Ummm they are more than just that. They rate us as passengers. Getting a good rating on an app is kinda a big deal. 
It’s probably the equivalent of what olden day people felt like when signing their first mortgage or getting inrolled in a pension plan. If you have a good rating on Uber you get the cars with free GUM AND WATER! #UberLivesMatter
