 The workers who take of those things are  on FURLOUGH don'tcha know? You don't?

    Shutdowns are very costly... something I very much doubt "you-know-who" even  considered.

    It costs billions just to prepare for shutdown and then to "restart" again.
    Some furloughed workers will get repaid once things "reopen" (tax dollars paid out but no work received?).
    Parks forced to close will generate no income while closed, but will be forced to pay overtime once reopening commences
    There's no telling how much the US economy is/will lose due to the shutdown, but it WILL suffer (and taxpayers will foot the bill).  Oh, yeah, when the economy suffers, it makes other countries less likely to loan us money  (yes, we are a debtor nation).

    In all likelihood, the cost of this shutdown will cost the US taxpayers far more than the cost of a stupid wall.

    The next few whatevers will be very stressful for the furloughed. I say "whatevers" because it could be days, weeks or even months before the stable boy realizes what a huge mistake he made listening to FAUX news talking heads. He is very slow. By the time it reaches his brain how badly he screwed himself it will be too late. In the meantime people suffer because he is the most stupid dumb prez to ever have been installed in a job. SIGH. Meanwhile didja watch Nancy Pelosi being sworn in as House Speaker? It was pretty dam* amazing! Am I proud I'm a Californian? Dam* straight I am! We  have Nancy Pelosi, Adam Schiff , Kamala Harris who do us proud! We had Barbara Boxer before she retired and Dianne Feinstein. Not perfect people but a dam* site better than most! Their beloved prez Ronald Reagan was a Californian!  Wonder if the trumpicans finally have a clue how inept impotent and useless stable boy is?  Thank you for your reply Shuhak!   LET THE GAMES BEGIN! :)
