How much does "knowing about" affect what you do? If something affects others adversely but not you and you know about it are you obliged?
Obliged? What do I mean obliged? Obliged to do or say something about it. Whether or not it affects you maybe there is something you could do or say that would help them in some way. Would you/do you?
