That's pretty much it.  What I believe needs to be done as far as the rules governing Congress go, is that every bi-partisan bill from the House that is brought to the Senate MUST be brought to a vote.  When both chambers agree on anything these days, it is worth voting upon whether the majority leader thinks the president will veto it or not.  Not bringing such a bill to the floor for a vote is obstruction, not governance.

McConnell did that repeatedly when Obama was prez. Flat REFUSED to bring a bill to the floor for a vote. What a jacka** he has always been. Let's see what happens now that he doesn't have a spineless toady sycophantic House to support his doing NOTHING! He smirks and smiles and puffs up in pride at what he stops from being done. SHAME ON HIM! The lows to which these clowns go is unbelievable. They took an OATH to serve the nation not a despot dictator wannabe and yet whom do they serve?
