Allegedly a poll taken shows that 46% of them WANT TO STAY in the EU and 39% of them WANT TO LEAVE. They want a second referendum. They want to decide for themselves. I thought they already did. They didn't? Can anyone explain what has been going on for the last few years and why it is where it is NOW? Is this a joke?
