  • Nah, it’s going to be too cold here to snow for the next few days. When it gets into the -20s,  it rarely snows here. I’d snow over this deep freeze Bullshizzat anyday :) you should definitely build a snowman :)

Nope.  It came close on sunday, but no cigar.  It's very unusual for this area not to get snow.  What's more, it's only dropped below 32F here twice so far this year (and just barley below 32 at that) - extremely unusual.

It's insanely rare for it to snow in the Phoenix area, though it did happen a couple years back. Northern Arizona got a pretty serious snowstorm maybe two weeks ago and some of the roads were closed. We went up last weekend and my kiddos got to play with the remnants of it. I'm kind of glad they have so little experience with it that they get thrilled when there's only small patches of it. They went back to school this week bragging about how they got to see snow. lol

Nothing measurable. As the weather guy says...only a trace.

It would be the first snowfall I’ve ever heard of here in South Florida.
In fact, this is among the reasons I chose to live here.

  • We never get snow here at only 174' elevation, however we live about 2 hours from Truckee, which has been getting a lot of snow thankfully.

yes we got many snowdays here in canada. i often wondered how it would be for our USA cousins south of the border to deal with their climate. i often imagined that its hotter in usa because its in the south, which is true . but here our summers can be really hot, so i often wonder how bad if its here, how bad it would be in USA.
