I believe there was a tom cruise movie with that theme. He was a cop who prevented bad from happening by tracking down and finding and taking out the bad guys BEFORE they committed their crimes.
So you foresee everything that ultimatum boy is gonna do. Do you pay a hit man to take him out? Do you do it yourself? Or do you just warn everyone worldwide what that person will do by providing the headlines they will read in future newspapers? A preview of things to come. Think that would work even with those who adore him and support him and grovel before him and worship him? Whatcha think?
