You LOVE the beach. You live inland because it's cheaper. Your ship comes in and you can buy a home anywhere. Where is your where?

Our where would be a southern California beach although any beach anywhere would be our happy place. In Honolulu or on Cape Cod probably as well. The beaches of the southern states get flooded and hurricaned too much to make us want to live there.
