A prez wannabe doesn't like NATO. He said he won't automatically back NATO allies unless they "contribute". He supports Erdogan and Putin. He is a welsher. He stiffs those he owes. Why?

After 9/11 the Balkans (Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania) triggered Article 5 of the NATO treaty and sent over a 100 troops to fight side by side with the Americans in Iraq.  Because of what Trump said Vice-President Biden had to take a hurried trip to the Balkans to assure them that their relationship with America was unchanged NO MATTER WHAT ANYONE SAID. Biden tried to repair the damage done by the prez wannabe. Does the prez wannabe have no decency? Is there no low to which he will not  go to get attention?
