Many decades ago on a TV show that occurred and the world fell into chaos because of it. They went back in time to prevent the death of a woman. In so doing other things occurred that wouldn't have and the ultimate result was beyond horrific. So they undid what they did and let her die and order was restored. I think it was an episode of Star Trek but maybe it was Twilight Zone. It was so very long ago. Did you see it?
So if we could go back in time and prevent the meeting of Fred Trump and the immigrant from Scotland that he met and married there would be no tumbleweed brain puppet boy. What would the fallout of that be? More chaos or none? I KNOW there is no way of KNOWING. What do you SUPPOSE?
