How d'ya define MOST RACIST? On what basis? Google it and different lists come up. Here is one. Agree/dis/why?

Of the top ten most racist states here is just one list

Mississippi
Alabama
Texas
Tennessee
Missouri
Arkansas
Oklahoa
Idaho
Kentucky South Carolina

I expect every list of TOP TEN will be different So much for getting a straight answer!
