What if we just learned to like ourselves for whom we are and not obsess so much about how we are packaged? Now eating healthy foods can control weight. That's fine. Eating nutritious foods is what we should all be doing. Exercise is good too. The sedentary life can kill you. But going under the knife to "fix" a nose like Barbra Streisand's so you can look a million other people? Why would you want to lose your identity and look like every other cookie cutter person? I don't get it.
