An excellent way to test someone's character(or lack thereof) is to give him unlimited power and see what he does with it. Right?

It is also the most dangerous because in the testing to see how far he goes can be undoing/destruction of his targets. Once  the avalanche rolls downhill it gathers speed and cannot be stopped. Is that also true of human destructive forces?
