If replacements/substitutions are legal in baseball(pinch/designated runners hitter fielders) why not in gubment too?
We could use a DESIGNATED/"PINCH" prez, vice-prez and Chief Justice! Wouldja like it a lot? Why can't it translate to the sport of politics?
