Mexico-paid fence. See details below. How soon after the GOP prez wannabe is prez will the US begin building it and Mexico begin paying for it?

The border between the US and Mexico is approximately 1933 miles long. There are already spans of different fences along 670 miles of that border. Would they all be torn down so the 1933-mile-long wall would be uniform and beautiful? Do we let the contract out to someone or does US government personnel do the construction? Who collects the money from Mexico and when?

    Rosie knows how ridiculous it is, Bahama. Sometimes, when they play the clip of Trump saying he will build his wall (I always laugh out loud at that one!) they play a clip of the former Mexican President saying "there is no way I'm gonna pay for his f____ing wall."
