Well ya see little donny doughboy is DESPERATE to get a Nobel Peace Prize. He'll pay any price/do any thing. Think he'll gettit?

Would would he have to do for YOU to award one of them thar thingys to him? Why? He would thereafter foreafter after introduce himself and  DEMAND he be introduced as "Nobel Peace Prize winner little donny doughboy". Egotistical much?
