I don't know if it is WISHFUL THINKING or KNOWLEDGE. A prez sez his decision will wind up in the courts but he will ultimately prevail. HOW?

SCOTUS will give him what he wants. Slam-dunk. A sure thing. So which do YOU believe is true? A prez who hopes and wants and wishes or a prez who already knows what the SCOTUS decision will be in advance b because he gives the orders and the supremes OBEY. 5-4. Slam dunk. Sure thing. Ya think?
