Are GOYS both goils and boys? No gender specificity? Why not GOYO and GOYA?

    "Goy" is the non-gender specific singular for one non-Jewish person and "goyim" refers to more than one non-Jew.  A non-Jewish female is a "shiksa" and a non-Jewish male is a "shagitz."
