If you target say Spike Lee and insult him is that OK but not OK to target African Americans and insult all of them? Calling Maxine Waters "Low IQ" is what a donny dingbat do do. Is that OK but calling all African American "low IQ" isn't? How do we decide if an insult is justified? Whether it is directed at a single person or a certain group? When is insulting ok?
