Even though YOU DO NOT GIVE ATTRIBUTION TO THE SOURCE you are NOT ALLOWED to use another's words to ask a question! Wanna KNOW WHY?

Because you are not allowed to MAKE THEM LOOK BAD!

So their own words don't make them look bad when they say them but if you repeat them in any way WITHOUT identifying the source it "makes them look bad". Okay. If you don't identify who said it who is gonna know. whom it is? Please give me a LOGICAL reason why it is not permitted. Can you?
