The chocolate cake you baked and frosted is gone. He has chocolate and crumbs smeared on his face/hands..What does the EVIDENCE show?

He insists he didn't eat it. It was not him. Do you believe him? Not based on the evidence because the evidence clearly indicates he DID EAT IT. What causes you to believe anything your own eyes do not see or your own ears do not hear? The words of another? Does that SEEM LOGICAL to you?
