SHEESH. He do do the very worst thing he could do every time. He has a knack for it. A GIFT.

    He has a knack for antagonizing the exact people that will put him away.  Maybe he really likes jail.  Or maybe he really thinks he is TEFLON.  I think it is the latter.   He gets a secret thrill each and every time he knocks somebody down.  

    He knows he cannot do it any other way except to hide behind his title.
