    There's time when people expect things from you, and you know you cant do it on time, so you say 'i can try ' , to not disappoint them. but you know inside you'd need more time to finish such tasks.

    I think if you know your limitations franc and you don't let people BULLY you then you don't get into situations where people are always expecting things from you that you simply are not equipped to do. I don't react well to demands or ultimatums or orders or ridiculous requests. It's insulting. But it's easier when you're older and experienced to say "no I won't do that" or "no I can't do that". I don't know why saying "no" is so hard to do but saying yes is easier because you are not ticking off the person who is expecting something from you.
